Robert Adkins age 93 of Salyersville, Kentucky passed away Thursday, October 15, 2020 at the Paul B Hall Medical Center in Paintsville, Kentucky.

Robert Adkins age 93 of Salyersville, Kentucky passed away Thursday, October 15, 2020 at the Paul B Hall Medical Center in Paintsville, Kentucky. He was born June 27, 1927 in Waverly, Ohio to the late Ben and Cora Howard Adkins. Survived by three sons, Merle (Dora) Adkins, of West Liberty, Kentucky, Diral (Margie) Adkins, of Salyersville, Kentucky, Ferrell Adkins, of Elizabethtown, Kentucky, five grandchildren, Shawn (Sarah Connelley) Adkins, Tiffany (Carl) Adkins Harder, Matthew (Tiffany Crawford) Pennington, Rebecca Roscoe, and Quest Adkins, three great grandchildren, Case Adkins, Connor Adkins, Jett Foley, fourteen half brothers and sisters.
In addition to his parents, Robert is preceded in death by his wife, Readith Howard Adkins, and his sister Mae Adkins Williams.
Graveside service were conducted at 11 a.m. Sunday, October 18, 2020 from the Prater Cemetery at Phipps Fork of Rockhouse, Kentucky with Chuck Conley, Jimmy Conley, and Douglas Dunn officiating.
